We Are Scientists played the same video games I did

Although they were listed on the bill as "Beat Up Old Fellas," We Are Scientists stepped out on stage at The Mercury Lounge over the weekend to try out some new songs. Songs they introduced with titles like "Altered Beast" and "Russian Attack" (which I suspect might actually be spelled "Rush'n Attack"). "Bad Dudes" apparently didn't make the set list.

They'll be heading to Los Angeles next week to begin work on their next release.
